Our client partners are looking for the next generation of business professionals who can join their fast growing teams, in a variety of roles – such as client services, account management, corporate sales, business development and marketing positions. Upon placement with an organization, ProGrad candidates also receive a master-class training program which is facilitated by ProGrad. These course are designed to provide our young business professionals with the skill-sets required for them to progress quickly and organically grow the business.
ProGrad placements in Brisbane
ProGrad has historically serviced Sydney and Melbourne, yet have seen an increasing demand for graduates within Brisbane over the last 6 months.
As a result, ProGrad are starting to extend their presence and are looking to develop new graduate opportunities in the Brisbane area.
We have already placed a number of candidates in Brisbane, with companies like JCDecaux, Pitney Bowes, Avnet and Kimberley Clark Australia. These placed graduates have had the opportunity to attend the ProGrad training sessions, which are conducted in both Sydney and Melbourne.
ProGrad Assessment Days
ProGrad receives approximately 1,000 applications each month from recent University graduates in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. We have a team of dedicated graduate managers who are responsible for screening applications, conducting telephone interviews and inviting successful candidates to a ProGrad assessment day.
The ProGrad assessment days are conducted in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane and our ProGrad assessment day team conduct each assessment day and screen for the top performing candidates.
ProGrad Graduate Training Courses
ProGrad offer our candidates a fully paid training course which is delivered over four modules across the first twelve months of employment.
Candidates are also offered on-going training for their second year of employment, which is designed as an “Executive Development Program”. This on-going training is designed to develop management skill sets for our placed graduates, and trains the delegates how to manage change, measure performance and plan/ prepare for meetings.
