About ProGrad
ProGrad is an assessment, placement and training company which specialises in the corporate business development teams of organisations across Australia.
Through a rigorous assessment process, ProGrad select the top 4% of recent University graduates who are proposed to organisations for roles such as corporate sales, business development, marketing, client services and consultancy.
Once placed with an organisation, ProGrad then provide our candidates with a modular training program which is designed to enhance the success of our graduates. Our training covers a multitude of areas, such as Professional Communication, Solution Selling, Negotiation and Account Management. This training is funded by the employers and facilitated by ProGrad.
