ProGrad Graduate Training
ProGrad offer our candidates a fully paid training course which is delivered over four modules across the first twelve months of employment.
Candidates are also offered on-going training for their second year of employment, which is designed as an “Executive Development Program”. This on-going training is designed to develop management skill sets for our placed graduates, and trains the delegates how to manage change, measure performance and plan/ prepare for meetings.
ProGrad also acts as a full training provider, offering all teams (regardless of experience) a range of training programs which are designed to maximize performance levels. Our experienced trainers can also conduct a Training Needs Analysis which is designed to assess the current performance levels of your team, and present an tailored training program which highlights the area most required.
We take a hands-on approach and work closely with the teams internally, ensuring an effective course which teams are excited to attend.
